Assault Michael Lockhoff, 49, of an apartment above Naceville Hotel in the 2000 block of Ridge Road, West Rockhill, is charged with simple assault, harassment, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and possessing an instrument of crime, Pennridge Regional Police Department said.
