Man charged with trying cash grab at Phoenixille bank

PHOENIXVILLE — A Spring City man was arrested for attempting to grab cash from a bank teller’s hand after the teller realized the man forged a withdrawal slip and was trying to withdraw cash from someone else’s account, police allege in court papers.
