Nathan Michael Legro, 21, Monticello, arrested in Monticello Monday, June 21, on a Winona County warrant for a controlled substance violation. Luis Walker Benitez, 33, Monticello, arrested in Monticello Tuesday, June 22, on charges of forgery and theft.
