Man Charged In Over A Dozen Metro Car Break-Ins, Thefts

A 50-year-old Forest Lake man is charged for allegedly breaking into 16 vehicles across the metro and stealing purses. According to the complaint, Dale Kroonblawd is part of a group that breaks into cars to steal credit cards or checks to purchase items at stores like Target and Wal-Mart.
