Stimulus-funded BLM projects benefit Gila Valley

Thanks to funding provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, also known as the stimulus, the Bureau of Land Management Safford Field Office has been able to support employment in the Gila Valley, in some cases allowing local contractors to keep staff working during times of work slowdowns.
