3 T.O. teenagers are arrested on vehicle burglary allegations

Three Thousand Oaks residents were arrested Sept. 1 on charges of vehicle burglary. On Aug. 29, items were stolen from a vehicle parked at the Chumash Indian Museum in the 3200 block of Lang Ranch Parkway in Thousand Oaks.
