Northern Wasco County PUD’s board of directors met for the first time, Tuesday, in the PUD’s newly remodeled and expanded PUD meeting room. The PUD facilities expansion project is nearing completing, reported Milt Ketchum, project manager — two months ahead of schedule and under budget.
