Dec. 30 An unknown suspect entered a residence on Golden Rule Rd. in Cochise. He was confronted by the resident and fled the scene. The resident discharged a weapon which the intruder forced toward the floor. The resident was shot and transported to Northern Cochise Community Hospital for treatment.
