Franconia doctor accused of peddling painkillers says he needs seized assets
NORRISTOWN – An elderly Montgomery County doctor awaiting trial for allegedly prescribing painkillers to drug addicts wants a judge to force prosecutors to return about $967,000 in assets seized from him during the investigation.
