POLICE LOG: Lansdale police lodging charges against man who charged over $3800 to friends credit card

On Oct. 5 at approximately 12:28 p.m. a 44-year-old man, of the 300 block of North Broad Street, Lansdale, reported to police that a former friend, Raul Hernandez, 46, no fixed address, used his Discover credit card without his permission between September and October.
