Craven County man arrested on sex offender and fraud charges

A Craven County man is in jail with bail set at more than $1 million after his arrest for failing to register as a sex offender and fraud charges. Jeffrey Glenn Toohey, 41, lived before his arrest at 1149 Tomlinson Blvd., although he gave investigators the false address of 3701 Cerise Circle.
